I find your dropping of categories interesting. And your movement away from working for others' appreciation. This is the 'leadership' position - and a privileged location. You have led pylaygroup - literally blown energy into a little paper ball you made and its alive. I see you looking at playgroup as that thing about the mind, a way, a problem solving thing. But that will pass - you are still in the caterpillar stage. Will you realise that its not the content - problem solving - that matters? You have worked with people - and like working with people.. You may actually have a gift - and a tendency - that you shoud listen to. Its about people - and its about listening. And you seem to enjoy just these two things. All else is contingent. Take a look at PRA (participatory rural appraisal) aka Chambers.
